These terms and conditions apply to the Pattern Vault app (“Application”), operated by Angela Minardi (“Service Provider”), and provided as a freemium mobile service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Application
You agree not to misuse the Application, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or derivative works of the Application are prohibited to the extent permitted by law. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and related intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
The Application stores and processes data needed to provide service features. You are responsible for maintaining device and account security.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which may reduce security and cause app malfunction.
Third-Party Services
The Application may integrate third-party services. Some are optional and may depend on build/runtime configuration.
Your use of third-party services is also subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.
Connectivity and Device Requirements
Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible for reduced functionality due to network unavailability, data limits, or device constraints.
If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider’s agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, they assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, it is your responsibility to ensure your device remains operational (for example, charged and updated).
AI Features
The Application includes AI-supported features (currently Gemini-based flows). AI output may be incomplete or imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before relying on it.
Disclaimers and Limitation
The Service Provider works to keep the Application available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update, modify, or discontinue the Application (or features) at any time. You may need to install updates to continue using the service.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms. Updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date.
