Pattern Vault (“Application”) is operated by Angela Minardi (“Service Provider”) as a freemium mobile service.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects and processes information needed to provide core product functionality. This may include:
- Account information (for example, email address and account identifier)
- Pattern/library content you save (for example, URLs, titles, descriptions, tags, notes, and linked metadata)
- User content you create (for example, project notes, stash/tool inventory details, and optional attached photos)
- Service and usage metadata (for example, subscription/entitlement status and feature usage counters such as monthly AI usage)
- Device/app technical data needed for operation and security
The Application does not request or collect precise device location data.
The Application uses AI features (currently Gemini-based flows) for import analysis and step parsing. Content you submit for those features may be processed by AI providers to return structured results.
The Service Provider may use your contact information for required account, legal, and service communications.
Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services. Some are optional and depend on runtime/build configuration.
Notes:
- AdMob is used for free-tier ads.
- Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are optional and only active when Firebase is configured for the app build.
- The Service Provider does not sell personal data.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
The Service Provider may disclose information:
- as required by law or legal process;
- to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud/security issues;
- to service providers acting on the Service Provider’s behalf under applicable contractual/privacy obligations.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/operational obligations. If you want account or user-provided data deleted, contact the Service Provider at r.minardi.angela@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact r.minardi.angela@gmail.com.
Security
The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date.
