Privacy Policy
Corvid Craft (“Application”) is operated by Angela Minardi (“Service Provider”) as a freemium mobile service.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects and processes information needed to provide core product functionality. This may include:
- Account information (for example, email address and account identifier)
- Pattern/library content you save (for example, URLs, titles, descriptions, tags, notes, and linked metadata)
- User content you create (for example, project notes, stash/tool inventory details, and optional attached photos)
- Service and usage metadata (for example, subscription/entitlement status and feature usage counters such as monthly AI usage)
- Device/app technical data needed for operation and security
The Application does not request or collect precise device location data.
The Application uses AI features (currently Gemini-based flows) for import analysis and step parsing. Content you submit for those features may be processed by AI providers to return structured results.
The Service Provider may use your contact information for required account, legal, and service communications.
Third-Party Services
The Application relies on the following third-party services and sub-processors. Some are optional and depend on runtime/build configuration.

Notes:
- AdMob is used for free-tier ads and is gated behind your App Tracking Transparency choice; declining does not change app functionality.
- Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are optional and only active when Firebase is configured for the app build.
- Ravelry is only contacted if you choose to connect your Ravelry account or use pattern search.
- The Service Provider does not sell personal data.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
The Service Provider may disclose information:
- as required by law or legal process;
- to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud/security issues;
- to service providers acting on the Service Provider’s behalf under applicable contractual/privacy obligations.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA), you have rights over your personal data, which may include the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Delete your account and associated data;
- Export / port a copy of data you provided;
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent (for example, by declining App Tracking Transparency or disconnecting Ravelry);
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact the Service Provider at support@corvidcraft.com. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the AdMob consent described above.
Deleting Your Account and Data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and your patterns, notes, stash/tools, and uploaded files. You can also stop further collection by uninstalling the Application, or request deletion by emailing support@corvidcraft.com.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/operational obligations. When you delete your account, associated data is removed from the production database; backups and third-party logs are purged on their normal rotation cycles.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@corvidcraft.com.
Security
The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date.
This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-03-19.
